Leanne Wagner Abel has owned and operated her own consulting company since 1998. Through her consulting business, she has increased her business exposure from aerospace to medical devices, from printing to sheet metal and from electronics to various machine shop atmospheres, each bringing a new perspective to quality systems and how requirements are interpreted to meet each industry.

Leanne is an RABQSA certified auditor who has worked for several companies performing internal and second party audits, training and technical writing.  Leanne has nearly 20 years experience in the aerospace industry, more than 15 of those years in Quality.

Leanne has additional experience in Health & Safety, specifically including Right to Know, First Responder and Hazardous Materials. During the course of her experience, she has written many procedures, technical documents and quality manuals. Drawing from her own personal work experiences and those of the companies she’s worked with, she can offer a variety of ideas and options to her clients and students that may prove useful in their own implementation efforts or to simply help them understand a requirement.
